I believe in people. In 25 years of drug/alcohol misuse, I received and caused a lot of harm but was never given up on. I pay that forward. I believe in accountability and destroying excuses. I’m an activist, educator/learner, writer, change agent, and all things ABOLITION. Nothing’s as violent as caging human beings. I’m a fierce advocate for education. I earned a bachelors degree in Social Entrepreneurship from NEIU where I also focused on developing our youth. Books, the pen, and our stories are powerful tools. My hobbies are hunting, fishing, sports (die hard Chicago sports fan), and all things outdoors. I deeply love my family/supporters and my God who sustains me. We will always go further together.
